The End of School Term Feast is upon us, and SFX School/Church needs some help.

Please let me know the dates and times that you will be able to pitch in and lend a hand.

      WHAT WE NEED:

1)      Volunteers to help clean up after feast each evening.

Ex: sweep up, garbage on streets to be put in garbage cans provided by sanitation.

(9:00 P.M. until completed each evening)

Sanitation will be doing pick-up each evening.

       2)  Manpower to help set up for Mass on Sunday, 6/27/2010. 

Even though Mass begins at 12:30 P.M., set up is between 8:30-9:00 A.M.

(Bring chairs from SFX Gym into park.  After Mass, return chairs to SFX Gym)

I thank you so much for any help you and your friends can do for our parish festival. 

We pray for a successful event....mainly to raise some funds but more importantly:

to raise parish spirit and join together as one parish family.

The festival dates and times are as follows:

Fri., June 25, 5: P.M. - 10 P.M.             *Gold buying in the gym from 5-10 P.M.

Sat, June 26, 12: Noon - 10 P.M.          *Gold buying in the gym from 5-10 P.M.

*Naomi Rivera is trying to sponsor a “Concert in Park” beginning at 7:00 P.M.

Sun, June 27, 12: Noon - 10 P.M.         *12:30 p.m. Mass will be in the Park

Technically, the feast opens on Sunday after Mass.

(The rides and games will not open until Mass is over - just to be respectful)
